For the fourth time, this was a really great trip.  I enjoyed it a lot.  I used Canyoneers on all four of my raft trips and they have done a great job.  I highly recommend them.  Most everyone enjoyed the day hikes.  I'm not sure what it would be like to go on a small raft.  What our big boat gave up in maneuverability, it gained in stability.  Shooting the rapids was exhilarating, but not life threatening.  Our crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable about Canyon geology and history.  Bec was a great driver.  The food was very good.  I don't know how our crew was consistently able to fix those great meals.  We had such a diversity of backgrounds of the passengers, the social interactions were fascinating, and the large group really helped in loading and unloading the boat.  April or early May is a great time to travel on the River due to the pleasant temperatures and blooming plant life.  I had such a good time that I am sure I will do this trip again in a few years.
